Colloidal silver, deer velvet, arnica and rescue remedy are a "waste of time and money" and sometimes harmful, doctors say.

In the latest New Zealand Medical Journal Digest, doctors Shaun Holt and Sarah Jeffries and health psychologist Andrew Gilbey have slammed some of New Zealanders' favourite natural health products as ineffective.

Oh my. Seriously? We are advised by our neighbor to use colloidal silver, deer velvet, and lemon detox diet to treat illnesses. I wonder how people tried these products in the first place. When I was at the millionaire mind atlanta , a friend recommended to take in lots of vitamin C because it treats cancer which is in reality not an effective solution! We should be aware on foods that we intake.
