Not sure if this is the way to reply or start a new topic, ill find out soon enough. Sorry Aught3 but I know very little about them. I did help set up the venue for Brian's Birthday a number of years ago. It was a disgusting show of wealth and power. The power point show of him and his wife were enough to make me sick. Him and his jewelery, them on their big motorbikes them in front to their big house. The young followers thought he was amazing and could see no connection between their donations and the "churches" wealth.
Also my friend almost died in a car crash and went to lots of places to find some answers. He really was very lucky to live. He was young, unable to work due to slight brain damage and a very badly damaged back. After visiting Destiny Church twice he was shunned for only putting in what he could afford. What a pack of evil, misguided fools.
Well that is all I know for sure apart from their getting children to preach in front of my favorite coffee shop in Tauranga on a Sunday and having their heavies standing about. This ruined my morning and made me dislike them even more.
